PAYMENT
All sales require a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and your approval of the finished piece. I accept PayPal and major credit cards through this site.
COMMISSIONS
For custom work, I'll send progress photos so you can see how your piece is developing. Minor adjustments can be made during the process. Once you approve the final piece, payment is due and the work ships.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Because each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, all sales are final once approved and shipped. If there's damage during shipping, contact me immediately with photos and we'll work it out.
For commissions, if you're not satisfied with the direction of the piece during the creation process, let me know and we can discuss adjustments or cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
COPYRIGHT
All artwork remains my intellectual property. You're purchasing the physical original, but I retain rights to reproduce images for portfolios, prints, and promotional use.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All pieces are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS within 3-5 business days of final payment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the US. International shipping available upon request.
If your piece arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos. I'll work with you to resolve it.
